Calmer Cafes

Our Calmer Cafés are currently based in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Church Stretton, Ludlow and Bridgnorth – all running weekly and Ellesmere, which runs monthly. Attendance is strictly by appointment only.

Coming soon: Calmer Cafes are soon to be opening in Market Drayton and Whitchurch. More information to follow.

This weekday evening service is dedicated to providing a supportive and welcoming space for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Our sessions offer a warm and safe environment, and each session is limited to a maximum of four to six participants to ensure a comfortable and engaging experience.
