We are grateful to the Lord Lieutenant of Shropshire for the honour of cutting the ribbon on our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to introduce her to some of our team members, along with the Mayor of Shrewsbury and everyone who came together to launch Shropshire's new well-being vehicle.
This innovative vehicle is designed to travel across the county, providing essential support and guidance to individuals in need of mental health and well-being assistance. Recognising the importance of mental health awareness, Shropshire Mental Health Support has been honoured as the Mayor's Charity of the Year. Over the past 12 months, the mayor has actively engaged in a wide range of initiatives and events aimed at raising awareness and funds for this vital organisation.
This vehicle was made possible through the generous support of sponsors such as Cyclone Sign and Print, The Rose Patterson Trust, and Hendra House, along with numerous fundraisers and donors. Their commitment to community well-being reflects a collective effort to create a healthier and more supportive environment for all residents of Shropshire. -

Tom Mulliner
In memory of his friend Rich, who tragically took his life in July 2024, Tom will take on the three peaks challenge to raise funds for a vital charity and bring awareness to the dangers of addiction and depression. The journey begins on June 13, 2025, with a 370-mile drive from Shrewsbury to Glencoe, Scotland, to scale Ben Nevis under the cover of darkness. Standing at 1,344 meters, Ben Nevis will be the first peak in this 24-hour challenge, followed by Scafell Pike in England’s Lake District at 978 meters, and finally Snowdon in Wales, towering at 1,085 meters. With approximately 480 miles to drive between the peaks, only 14 hours remain for climbing, keeping this tribute to Rich, who cherished nature and the outdoors, on an intense schedule. Friends are invited to join for the last ascent up Snowdon to support this mission, aiming to bring greater awareness of the impact of these diseases on men in our generation.
