The wonderful team at Lowfield Timer Frames and SJ Roberts have held a variety of events throughout the year all in aid of Shropshire MHS.
Their first event was sponsoring the local Welshpool 10k race in collaboration with Adrenaline Sporting Events on 27th March.
The following event was Brynkinalt running festival. The team members could choose the length of their course, 5k, 10k or 20k.
Event three held on 18th September was the half marathon around the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy.
Finally they finished the year with a Santa Run on the 4th December.
From our team to yours we would like to thank each and everyone of you who took part in the events helping raise an incredible £2500!!
