TUESDAY

RECONNECT COURSE – OSWESTRY 12.30pm – 3pm 

Twelve week well being course, focusing on a range of tools and techniques that will help you to live well with mental health. The course provides a strong local support network, within a safe and confidential environment. Sessions are informative and fun and as part of the course, we offer a range of interesting taster sessions, introduced by guest speakers, including:

  • Mindfulness
  • Seated yoga
  • Music therapy
  • Emotional Freedom Technique
  • Art therapy
  • Tai chi

EASY WALKING 12pm 

Join our friendly walking group. Its a great way get out in nature, meet new people and exercise . Did you know walking just 30 mins per day improves self perception, self esteem, mood and sleep quality plus it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue.

MENS GROUP 1.30pm 

A space to chat openly about mental health and build a non judgemental support network in a comfortable environment. Welcoming men of all ages and backgrounds, we aim to promote bonding as a team to overcome mental challenges and build confidence.

WOMENS GROUP 10.30am 

A varied programme which can include complimentary therapies, guest speakers, craft activities, talking, company and support. £1 donation welcome.

WALKING GROUP 1.30PM

ALLOTMENT 10am

CREATIVE JOURNALING 11AM 

This group allows you to set aside a few minutes each day for creativity, gratitude and reflection, it helps you to focus on the positive things in life – things to celebrate and be thankful for whether ‘big’ or ‘small’.

CRAFT AFTY 1.30PM

A warm and welcoming support group with lots of paints, pastels and pens, plus loads more. Why not have a go at being creative or pop in for company and tea.
