Our volunteer-led support groups are the core of our charity. You are welcome to attend our support groups anytime without any prior booking.

TUESDAY

EASY WALKING 12 pm 

Join our friendly walking group. It’s a great way to get out in nature, meet new people and exercise. Did you know walking just 30 mins per day improves self-perception, self-esteem, mood and sleep quality Plus it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue.

 WEDNESDAY 

MENS GROUP 1.30 pm 

A space to chat openly about mental health and build a non-judgemental support network in a comfortable environment. Welcoming men of all ages and backgrounds, we aim to promote bonding as a team to overcome mental challenges and build confidence. £1 donation is welcome.
